Step 3 :To confirm your appointment on the date and time selected in the previous step, fill in the necessary information.

Click the “I Confirm” button to approve your appointment.

Then, you will receive a confirmation email.

In order to cancel your appointment, please use the link you received in your confirmation email.

Please note, you can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

Therapy session

The purpose of therapy or coaching sessions is not to ‘keep you occupied’ for as long as possible. The aim is to get a good understanding of the issues that are troubling you, and to get to work on resolving them with you. When you come to your first consultation session and tell your therapist about your problem, we will first of all consider together how and when this problem occurs, where it comes from and the impact it has on you and your life.

The purpose of my practice is to help you grow, to help you release what is not, or not any more yours, and to feel all the emotions that life presents you with in your professional life, in your relationships with others or your life as a parent.
