My practice in Brussels

My professional background is diverse. I have worked as a consultant, a coach and trainer for OSCE, Council of Europe, European Commission Cancer Support group, Cartus, BGRS, CrossCulture Academy, among others. In my practice I see patients who are going through all kinds of difficulties, such as:

  • Stress, anxiety, phobias or worries
  • Dealing with a Burn-out

When to consult ?

The answer to that question is a very personal one. Each of us is different, and for each of us the ‘right time’ to call upon the guidance of a counsellor is at a different moment. You can call a therapist whenever you feel the need. It is your desire and your need which are at the heart of this process. Here are some examples of specific problems which could lead to a patient consulting a therapist: psychologist

Therapy session

The purpose of therapy or coaching sessions is not to ‘keep you occupied’ for as long as possible. The aim is to get a good understanding of the issues that are troubling you, and to get to work on resolving them with you. When you come to your first consultation session and tell your therapist about your problem, we will first of all consider together how and when this problem occurs, where it comes from and the impact it has on you and your life.
